Yoga Blessings

I will listen to my body and honor it

I will take this time to look within, letting go of limitations and complaints.

I will appreciate all the blessings I have in my life including that I’m alive and thankful for all the beautiful things I’ve been given.

I appreciate everything that is working today!

I will practice with intention and mindfulness, realizing yoga is a journey, not a destination.

Yoga is about taking the time to reflect and love myself
(so I can be there for others).

The purpose of my practice is not about ego or looking good to everyone else; it’s about becoming the best version of myself.

I will learn more about me and my needs, and accept myself for who I am. It’s a time to appreciate all my gifts.

My life has meaning, and I am here for a purpose. I am a Blessing in this World!

I am Enough, I Matter, I am Loved, and I am Beautiful!

I will focus on PROGRESS not Perfection!

I will HAVE FUN & ENJOY the Process!
